Your intake session is a one-time introductory appointment to help us understand your needs. After your intake, we’ll work with you to schedule ongoing sessions based on your preferences and availability

Rates & Insurance

Session Rates:
$150–$175 per 50-minute session
(Rate depends on service type and appointment length)

Insurance:
I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request: a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage will vary depending on your plan and provider.

Payment Options:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • Exact Cash

  • Payment due at the time of service

Sliding Scale:
I offer a sliding scale based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please feel free to ask about availability. I want to make sure that support is as accessible as possible.
