Individual Counseling
Life can be overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or facing a major life change, individual counseling provides a space where you can breathe, reflect, and move forward with clarity.
I work with children ages 10 and up, teens, and adults on issues including:
Anxiety and stress
Life transitions
Depression and self-esteem
Personal growth and identity
When working with children and teens, I offer ongoing parent support as part of the therapeutic process. That might look like checking in about progress, offering tools for communication at home, or helping parents better understand what their child may be experiencing—always with the goal of creating a more connected and supportive home environment.
Sessions are practical, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs—always focused on helping you find real solutions that fit your life.
Couples Counseling
Relationships require intentional care, but when you’re caught in cycles of conflict, silence, or disconnection, it’s easy to feel stuck or discouraged. Couples counseling provides a safe, neutral space for slowing down, hearing each other clearly, and working together toward real change.
Whether you’re dating, engaged, newly married, or years into a partnership, I work with couples on:
Communication breakdowns
Conflict resolution
Trust and emotional safety
Rebuilding connection after distance or hurt
Premarital preparation and goal-setting
I utilize tools from the Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide sessions in a structured, supportive manner—helping both partners gain a deeper understanding of themselves, each other, and the patterns that repeatedly emerge.
For couples who value spiritual connection in their relationship, faith-based counseling is available upon request. I'm happy to incorporate Christian values and Biblical principles into our work if that aligns with your goals.
You don’t need to wait for a crisis to seek support. Whether you’re working to reconnect or prevent future issues, couples counseling can strengthen the foundation of your relationship.
Family Counseling
Families are complex. Even when there’s love, it’s common to face tension, misunderstandings, or long-standing patterns that make home life difficult. Family counseling creates space for each member to feel heard while working together to build trust, improve communication, and create a healthier dynamic.
I support families through challenges like:
Parent-child conflict
Sibling tension or behavioral issues
Blended family transitions
Communication breakdowns
Emotional distance or frequent arguments
Family stress during major life changes
My approach is rooted in Family Systems Theory, which considers the full picture and how each person's role affects the whole family. We’ll identify patterns, clarify boundaries, and develop new ways to respond that encourage respect, empathy, and connection at home.
Whether you're dealing with everyday stress or deeper relationship struggles, I’m here to help your family find common ground and move forward together.
